Very clean hotel, friendly staff on checkout. Only let down by a lack of AC (set to max and it was at least over 20c) and pillows being a bit thin. Location is excellent for metro and trams. Being attached to a shopping centre and fitness centre are bonuses.

Hotel easy reachable by car and it has nice underground parking facilities. It‘s directly connected to a shopping centre and the next metro station is just around the corner. The rooms are modern furnished and the breakfast buffet is more than adequate.

It is a clean and well serviced hotel. Staff a very helpful. It’s conveniently connected to the mall and I like that the Congress center is within the hotel. I prefer a gym that is dedicated to the hotel and within the hotel rather than connected to the food court of the mall.

I loved staying there, the rooms and hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly, however the breakfast is not very good. Chowhall style buffet with fatty meat and eggs that did not look fresh, I feel a hotel like that could do a lot better than that.
