Great hotel, shame about the smoking policy!

great hotel, great staff, great food, great location & amenities overall, had everything we needed for a holiday. only major negative - you're greeted into the hotel with a cloud of smoke and stale cigarette stench! such a lovely, modern lobby & bar which is marred by the many smokers that always seem to be there. we couldn't enjoy the bar or use our laptop with the wifi as the wifi point was near the bar amidst all the smoke. they did however seem to be doing something about it - barriers were going up the day we left to separate (or better still, isolate the smokers), so if that's the case we would certainly recommend the clarion for a good value, high quality hotel. another minor negative was we weren't given any body lotion as expected for a 4* hotel, the shower gel was inadequate (an adult needs 2 of the watery sachets for a good shower and you only get one), we did ask for more or simply got them off the housekeeper. i would have given the hotel 5 stars if it weren't for the smoking problem so i have given it 4.

Alles tip top. Kann nur empfohlen. Pozitív uberaschung bei chek in das bei premium zimmer parkplazt grátis und mini bar auch.

Le personnel est très serviable, les chambres sont propres. Par contre la piscine et le peignoir j’ai pas compris où c’était ! Choix de restaurants, petit déjeuner copieux malgré une logique bizarre. Sinon je suis très satisfait ! Parc à côté, accès au métro à quelques pas de là (100 mètres) par contre il faut pas se perdre car l’hôtel est très grand ! Astuce : l’ascenseur 10 est le seul qui monte aux chambres et descend tout en bas ! Garde des bagages dans local fermé à clé et accessible qu’avec l’aide d’un employé !

Pros: Wasserspiel vor sowie im Hotel Eingangsbereich, Frühstücksbuffet, sehr helle Böden, Grösse und Weite der gesamten Räume, Kongresssaal, Sauberkeit.
Cons: Es wurde leider die Schweizer Währung nicht angenommen.
Location: Wenig entfernt vom Zentrum Prags auf einer leichten Anhöhe. Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Mit dem Taxi sehr rasch im Zentrum/Altstadt Prag.
An einem Seminar teilzunehmen und gleichzeitig im selben Haus zu nächtigen, ist sehr praktisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ansprechend und ausführlich. Das Ambiente im ganzen Haus spricht an. Einzig: Wer die Aufzüge benützt, benötigt ein bisschen Geduld.

TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Personnel accueillant et disponible, très beau buffet au petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable.L' hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville de Prague maison s'y rend en 10minutes avec le métro en sous terrain de l'hôtel. L'accès au spa est un plus très appréciable. Excellent séjour à recommander!!!

Executive taso oli hyvä ja lounge mukava virvokkeineen. Miinuksena oli, että uintimahdollisuus alle 16 vuotiaille loppui jo klo 16.
