Very well located, good breakfast buffet and very quiet even though it's directly downtown. Parking and circulation around the hotel is a bit hectic though, with the hotel not having reserved drop off space in front of the entrance.

The location was great! Near trams and buses. Near metro station. Walkable. Only complaint is a slow draining bathtub when taking a shower. Other than that no complaints.

Room and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was included and there was plenty of options. Staff were friendly and the location is ideal for exploring both the old town and the other side of the river. Slightly disappointed not to be offered the VIP access benefits that were promised such as the complimentary wine in the room. Whilst we were checking out all newcomers were being offered a free beer which we weren’t offered.
