Hotel location is superb. For what we paid for the room it is fantastic value. Definitely would return. The only grievance I have is that this hotel is marketed as a 5 star. In my opinion, it is no where near that calibre. A very good 3 or average 4 star absolutely, the price I felt reflected a hotel of this range of rating. Oddly if the hotel had been rated this I would have been more pleased with my stay, but with the 5 star I was expecting grand things which was not the case. Bed was super comfy, room clean and modern. Service was average, no real enthusiasm though it must be said, bit flat atmosphere at times. Cleaner on 5th floor this past week was very kind and welcoming in corridor. Breakfast needs serious work in my opinion, water scrambled eggs and mushrooms, processed low quality sausages, pancakes that have went chewy from sitting out too long. Not ideal to be honest, could be improved greatly. Would return to this hotel at the price we paid for sure again, just not for breakfast.

this was a great stay with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. Good breakfast and the hotel is close to everything,you can walk from there to anywhere. The only downside was that if kids are staying next to your room, you can hear everything through the walls. Other than that, everything was very enjoyable.

The Hotel was pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful. Believe this hotel has a five star rating which I believe is overrated. The rooms were not to a high standard with no carpeting ( which meant unwelcome noise from other rooms, for example furniture moving!! ) The WiFi was of poor strength and the AC was old fashioned and noisy. Was unable to access any watchable English channels on the TV and the room refreshments were very limited in choice.

I have been requesting a call since December 20th. Since our arrival, we have experienced several issues. When we arrived, the sofa bed was supposed to be made, but it was not. I was told I could make it myself. Additionally, the tub and toilet were dirty. I was informed that this was the last available room and that nothing could be done until the following day. The next day, I followed up and requested additional towels, as we had three guests but only two towels. It took the entire day to receive them. We also had my mouse and headphones go missing from the room, along with cash. The cash had been locked in the safe, and when we returned, the safe was open. I am not accusing anyone of theft, but I am extremely concerned, as these items were next to my backpack and paired to my phone. While we were out of the hotel, I received a notification that the items had left the property. I initially assumed it was an error, but it was not. We also had serious safety concerns regarding the handrail, which was coming loose from both the ceiling and wall anchors. Being told this was “normal” was especially frightening, as a fall or a failure of the staircase could have resulted in a far more serious situation. I do not want to take away from some of the positives, such as the breakfast, staff serving and the front desk staff, but there were simply too many issues not to bring to your attention.
