The property was beautiful, the staff members were all very friendly and helpful, and we loved the pool and beach area. The balcony overlooking the bay was amazing. There were a lot of stairs between the main building and the buildings with the rooms, and also to get to the pool, so just beware if you have mobility issues. But we would absolutely stay here again!

I have to say I was a little disappointed. I’m not usually a fussy person. There was never enough staff, especially in the bar and food service areas. Many of them were excellent quite a few were rude. I don’t know if it was the time of year, but several of the restaurants were closed due to “weather“. There was absolutely no entertainment and not the place to pick for our girls week.

Property is good. The caves on the property are certainly the highlight. Pool and gym were maintained adequately. Restaurant service was quite inattentive and costly. The Pub “Swizzle” a short walk from the hotel was great.

The HAPPY place! Everyone....from the moment you step foot on the property (concierge,reception,wait staff/servers,housekeeping)... EVERY employee we encountered was welcoming and helpful to the nth degree! As soon as we stepped into our waterfront room,we both said "WOW" at that balcony view! It was wonderful!
