Wonderful guest house on the outskirts of Chiang Mai

We spent 3 nights 4 days in Chiang Mai. Very nice accommodations...the grounds are beautiful! Nice touch of providing a few breakfast items for you to cook and water bottles. Would definitely recommend! Owners were very helpful...and their Italian restaurant has delicious food! Some of the best we have had’

Great location, nice place.

Marco is a great host. Engaging, helpful, but also leaves you to your vacation/privacy. The house is nice. It is a "mother in law" house on a larger property that also has the main family home. The property has a very sweet and friendly dog, but if you are allergic to dogs, you probably shouldn't stay. We had a problem with ants while we were there, but Marco and Noi did a great job of taking care of them for us. (It's Thailand - there are bugs everywhere). The neighborhood is great - a short bike ride from the night safari, from rice paddies - it was a beautiful place to bike. HangDong has lots of good restaurants, and a Grab car was always easy to get. Also - if you like Italian food, you must go to their restaurant! it was amazing.

Fantastic Place!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids) and we all really enjoyed our stay here. It's located in a quiet area and it's a quick Grab car ride away from lots of attractions. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, as advertised and has a nice outdoor sitting area. Marco was a fantastic host and I highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a great place outside of the busy part of Chiang Mai.

This is the perfect place to stay!! We have been the first time in Chiang Mai and just loved it. The house is absolutely clean and cosy, the pool is more than perfect and the owner are really helpful and super kind. The house is perfect for people, who wants to enjoy the beauty of nature, who are searching for a place to calm down and feel the silence. Small shops and food stops are easily to reach by bike. We will come back for sure!! Thank you Noi and Marco for this pleasant stay!!
