As a Japanese guest, I stayed at this hotel and had no issues with communication since most of the staff could speak English. They were very polite and accommodating, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. There was always someone at the front desk, which made me feel secure. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

river walk is exceptional

fantastic hotel. great location. my only complaint is they must have some mattress protector on the beds, they don't breathe well so i'm sweating at night. walking distance to the mall is also great. and you get get a several mile walk in next to the river. very scenic and the boardwalk is right across from the hotel. highly recommended to take a walk at night.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel and had a mix of experiences during my visit. Upon arrival, my check-in process was seamless. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making it a pleasant start to my stay. The hotel exudes a certain elegance, and the amenities appeared to be well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Yue Chinese Restaurant. The food was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the seating is quite limited. The culinary experience alone makes it worth a visit. However, my experience took a turn later in the evening. After returning from dinner around midnight, I discovered that the air-conditioning in my room had broken down. This was especially frustrating because, after a long day, I was looking forward to a comfortable night’s sleep. Despite the staff's efforts to remedy the situation, the repairs were not completed until nearly 2 AM. This delay was quite tiring and disrupted my rest significantly. While the initial service and dining experience were commendable, the breakdown and subsequent resolution dampened my overall experience. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure better maintenance in the future. I would still consider staying here again, but perhaps with a little more caution regarding room conditions.

A well located hotel not too far from the Airport, train station and the business districts of Hangzhou. Comfortable and good service as you would expect from a Sheraton hotel. The gym would benefit from more gear, but you could still enjoy a reasonable workout. Breakfast was fresh.
