Clean Room with good aircon in good location in Old Quarter. Hotel descriptıon is missleading in that there is no Restaurant or Bar. Breakfast is had in another Hotel a short walk away. The Brakfast there was OK.

Good place to stay in the old quarter. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Let us leave our luggage before check in time. So we could look around and go eat. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange airport transfers for the same price as a Grab, and an eSIM, which was installed at the hotel within 10 minutes. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, and the location was perfect for the old quarter.

I book by looking at Expedia.com reviews. Also I took airport pick up service from them It took about 2 hours to complete the long immigration and the driver waited without any disturbance. When I checked in there was someone at the reception, named Angela. I have traveled to about 8 countries, but I have never met anyone as polite, friendly and helpful as her. She briefed me on each topic for about 10 minutes. My check out was at 6 am. She also packed breakfast for me. I will never forget the wonderful hospitality. I am impressed with the love, behavior of Vietnamese people, I will come again.

The staff really tries to upscale the experience. They were helpful to us in two situations. I needed a battery that I couldn't find myself in the area. The receptionist made one phone call, and an hour later the battery was ready for pickup. A small thing, but helpful when you're in a foreign city. They also helped us on our departure day. So the staff prepared packages for us: sandwiches, eggs, and drinks. Very nice of them! The rooms are beautiful, we got lucky with a huge balcony with a nice view. We'd love to return there!

The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. I arrived with an injury and they waiting for me outside to help me. They provided great local recommendations and loved to chat. One of the wonderful staff even followed up to check how my ankle was going. They were all funny too!!

The location was perfect for our needs, meaning things were within walking distance, anything else was cheap to get to via Grab. Angela and the rest of the staff were fantastic and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. If we are ever in Hanoi again, we'll try to stay here again!
