We had 2 suites which were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were vlean and well maintained. My only gripe was tgst the shower door didn't close properly so whenever we showered the bathrom floor area got wet. The pool area was quite small but was lovely, especially early in the morning when no one else was there! On our last day, before going to the airport, we are in the downstairs restaurant and the food and service was good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The Melia is a perfect place to stay in Hanoi the Suites offer so much along with the breakfast the afternoon tea is a great addition , I recommend that if you are in HANOI the Melia is a perfect stay. Great location - Lots of traffic

The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm.
