The hotel is in a terrible shape. Nothing like advertised and in the pictures. Hotel rooms look like they are from the 1970-ties repaired and updated by amateur handymen. Ice machines are broken on all the floors, two out of 3 elevators didn't work, they don't change towels and clean the room unless asked for it several times. We asked for a taxi to the airport, they deal with just 1 taxi company. Taxi never arrived and we had to take Uber. I had better experience at Motel 6. The only thing going for the place is it's location next the the Strip.

After booking the room, I requested an early check in. Upon check in I was notified that there was $60 charge and that they would reduce it to $30 although I had not been notified of either and that I was all set. The room's bathroom was not clean with residue of hair and debris on the floor; the shower had hard water spots that looked unclean, and the sliding door was broken where we could not exit outside along with red spots on the carpet. The ice machine on our 6th floor did not work.

The hotel is still good and well kept but they need to make sure clean up is done daily, I saw a piece of shirt all weekend in front of a door and a menu under a door just as long, bet they're still there.

A Perfect Hotel... If You Like Misery Looking for a uniquely terrible Vegas experience? Look no further than OYO. I stayed over the Canelo fight weekend, and this hotel is a masterclass in disappointment. · If you like... waiting forever for one of the two working elevators. · If you like... your AC breaking down in the middle of the night. · If you like... showering in a bathtub that doesn't drain, creating your own personal wading pool. · If you like... mysterious, bogus charges on your bill. · If you like... a front desk staff that is completely powerless and unhelpful... Then this is precisely the hotel you've been looking for! For everyone else, save your money and your sanity. Pay a little more for a hotel that doesn't treat its guests like an inconvenience. The "savings" here are an illusion that costs you in frustration. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

A Fraudulent Smoking Fee and Unacceptable Service - Stay Anywhere Else Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (If a zero was possible, I would give it) I booked two rooms for a boxing weekend. My room was basic but functional. The room for my non-smoking in-laws, however, led to a nightmare scenario that I urge you to read before booking. Exorbitant Deposit: A $300 per-room deposit is unusual. Facility Issues: Elevators were out of service, and the AC in one room broke overnight. The Real Problem: A Fraudulent Smoking Fee: While we were out at breakfast—waiting for an AC repair—the hotel charged a $500 "smoking fee" to my in-laws' empty room. My father-in-law is a retired Marine with a lung condition; neither he nor my mother-in-law smokes. Zero Customer Service: No one on-site would help. Staff deferred us to an elusive manager and even called security to dismiss us, rather than address the issue. Manager Brush-Off: The manager, Ramzi, finally met with us but later dismissed our evidence, upholding the blatantly false charge. Bottom Line- The "savings" are a trap. We ended up paying more than we would have at a reputable hotel due to this fraudulent fee. The stress and disrespect were unimaginable. Pay more elsewhere. This place is not worth your money, time, or peace of mind.

The rooms were filthy and outdated. The bathroom was dirty and nasty. I complained and was given another room and that one was no better than the first room. Instead of refunding us money so we could go to another hotel they refunded us 2 nights resort fees!!!!they are falsely advertising that Hooters is at the location. We found out it left months ago!!! I see why this hotel is terrible. Carpet throughout the entire place was filthy.

We had to keep changing rooms due to the dirtiest the first room had 1 bed instead of 2 as I requested the 2nd room the toilet was clogged up and due the smell coming from the clogged toilet and there was blood stain on the rug the 3rd room the bathroom was filthy there was a in sanitary women’s pad on the floor and hair all over the bathroom sink
