Staff was great. The system was down and the hotel only had one employee dealing with a system down. The water pressure in the room was horrible. The coffe bar had old no flavor coffe packets. But the worse was waiting over 2 hrs just get checked in with no working rooms keys.

Never maid it to the room. Most unprofessional environment I e ever been in. Room was not available at 4 when checking in. Made up excuses. No manager workimg. Not a single employee would answer questions about when my room would be ready, or why it wasn’t. Me my wife and five year old were then surrounded by security and trespassed. The head housekeeper handled this whole situation. Pretty sure the guy working front desk comped a room for money on his Cash App. THE WORST MOST EMBARRASSING SITUATION.

The translation of the word Oyo from Spanish to English would be a hole; and well this place is definitely a hole in the strip of a hotel. Room cleaning wouldn’t clean even after directly asking front desk. The hotel didn’t even have a bar opened for their customers to enjoy the World Series games or football. Staff could care less about their hotel guests. If you’re traveling on a budget and have no real expectation, by all means pick this place. This is our 4th trip to Vegas in the last 2 years, staying at different hotels but OYO will never be an option again.

I didn’t realize parking was an additional cost. Had to pay an additional $60 on top of the room cost. There was no refrigerator and when we went to get ice there was no working ice machine on our floor or the floors above and below ours

Very low quality rooms for the price. The front desk attendant that checked me acted like he had rather be anywhere other than there. When I entered the room I turned the air conditioner from 76 down to 69 and unpacked. By the time I was unpacked, it was still 76. I had the maintenance man come up to check it out and he said the air conditioner wasn’t working and I would need another room. I had to pack all of stuff back up and went down to the desk. They did give me another room but nothing for the inconvenience. There are no amenities in the room such as coffee, small fridge or microwave. They do provide two bottles of water. Very disappointed for the money.

Check in they were not friendly and a little rude for no reason. After I was I checked in and in my room one of the housekeepers tried to enter my room but I had the door locked , when I answered the door she said I shouldn’t be there and wanted to know how I got in. Overall not impressed. And $25 to park in the parking lot at the hotel I paid to stay at.
