Terrible hotel! At check-in they take “deposit” ogainst your card, his isn’t a hold, they charge the card. Over a month later I am working with my cards fraud department on getting my money back. Just try to call anyone at this horrible hotel, multiple attempts to contact them and nobody answers the phones. Please avoid the scam and avoid this crooked establishment!

This hotel is not one of the best one, but it is great. one of the casino that almost every staff will greet you, no matter the time. Casino is great and the rooms are clean. The only restaurants that is open Steak ‘n Shake. Hooters are completely close down. But after all everything was great.

Everything about our stay was great! However, upon our return home I’ve gone through our expenses and OYO was the ONLY hotel that has not returned our $100usd deposit. Being that was only the beginning of our trip it seems it’s being held too long or is just not being returned. No excuses. Our trip was another 6 days after OYO at several locations and all others have returned the deposit. After Christmas I will be taking it further with them or my CC company.

Absolutely terrible for the price. The bathroom was disgusting and only one roll of toilet paper. There were four of us and only 3 towels. The shower head looked like it was going to come off the wall. It smelled really bad. The shower curtain looked dirty. Only one elevator was working. The hallways looked creepy. Low walls and dark. Beds were ok but only two pillows per bed. The pillow cases had stains. I liked that is was close to the strip. Within walking distance. Definitely will never stay here again. Over $100 for one night with terrible conditions.

I got charge 2 time extra. Besides the total amount of the staying at this hotel. Been trying to contact the staff from the hotel to resolve this issue but they dont do anything. They said by email but also no reponds on email. Never staying at this hotel. In our las day elevators weren't working had to go downstairs ten floors carring our lounge

Security selectively ask people if they are staying at the hotel. Security does not have enough common sense to know to ask people if they need help. Questions are too personal and questions are being asked to any customer who is not Phillipino!!!!! Front desk staff not shocked or offended by certain security member's actions. Beware of the elder security guy with the out of no where long ponytail!!!!!
