This is a great hotel, especially if you’re traveling for work. Great spaces to have a quick bite or drinks with colleagues. Love all the smart functions of the room like control of the lights and temperature on the television. Daily turndown service was nice as well. I do wish that the guest service members were more accessible. It was hard to get anyone’s attention if I needed something.

We liked the style of everything. Everything was clean and minimalist but modern. The staff was polite and helpful. The AC didn't seem to be controllable. And it worked sub par. Again the scene was nice. It was perfectly located for comfortable walking distance to the Shoreline Ampiatheater. The hotel menu could use better choices. Maybe too fancy for me but mousse liver before heading out was not going to be enough 😭

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful elegantly designed and clean. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. The live music was a great touch, adding a vibrant yet relaxing vibe to the experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made me feel at ease right away. However, I did feel that some of the staff could improve their hospitality skills. While they were polite, there wasn’t much warmth or engagement in their interactions. On the bright side, the housekeepers were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to help with anything needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely return. I hope the hotel continues to work on enhancing staff interactions to match the high quality of the property and services!

I enjoyed my 2-night stay. Clean rooms, nice staff, easy check in and check out. I would suggest adding more towel bars or hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels, or clothing when getting ready for the day.

Staff was very welcoming at the desk, complementary beer or wine. Self parking was a great advantage. Room was clean and modern. Bar and restaurant right there on sight very convenient. Will definitely stay next time in town.

Can’t wait for our next stay.

This was our second stay at Shashi this summer for a concert and it was even better than the first. Our room was a little bigger than last time and the service was as impeccable as the first time. The pool is clean and open early. They have a sauna and a steam room and comfy robes to wear and complimentary drinks on check-in. They have a bar that’s perfect to grab drinks at before a shoreline show and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. Their bath products smell very woodsy which is perfect for those of us who are into that sort of thing. Will be back
