AC didnt work. They gavce me a fan. The walls and floors are super thin. I could hear everything. The TV kept turning on after I turned it off. I had to unplug it to get it to stop.

This propety is more akin to a Holliday Inn than the Four Seasons. Cheap plastic wall base in the rooms where there should be stone or hardwood. The carpet in the 2nd floor hallway makes huge waves when it should be flat. I had a problem with the lights flashing in my room, they said they fixed it but the lights still strobbed, so i had to sit in the dark.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Very nice hotel at a great price! Bed & pillows were comfy. Great shower with soap, shampoo & conditioner on the wall. Good water pressure. Mini fridge but no microwave. They do have a microwave in lobby you can use. 4 different restaurants and a nice bar to relax and catch a game on tv. Nice pool & jacuzzi with a sauna that were very clean. Nice weight room with plenty of cardio equipment. Close to the freeway. Felt safe! Area around hotel was a little dirty but they are doing lots of construction. Overall great hotel!!!

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sauna steam room combo plus the heated pool and hot tub are what sold me instantly when I was searching for a place. Relaxing atmosphere in the entire establishment, friendly staff, lots of places to sit and lounge on the main level. Oh and the robes! I loved that. So so enjoyed this I hope I come back some day!

The room was spacious for a family of 4 (2 young kids), the location is excellent, service and staff were very good, FREE parking!. There was an issue with the outdoor elevator (not working) and the lighting in the stairwell (1st floor) was not working either... not happy about that because of safety issue.
