The check in was horrible i drove 10 hours and the clerk was very rude and never recieved a text message for my or email of my payment was submitted nothing at all. Better improvement in checking in and the room had a cockroach.

Hotel was ok, but the rooms are so far from everything.. had to.do alot of walking to get from one place to another. Outdoor pool was also closed, and when i booked it didnt tell me anything. It was just not convenient at all. Very tiring to have to travel from.one ho just to go.to the pool

The rooms were clean but the staff was not very commutative about what times the indoor water park closed & was very limited with helping with certain areas of the resort. Do not recommend staying through the week days if you plan on using the indoor water parks after 8pm
