The suite was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. There was so much to do onsite. The prices in the coffee shop which sell Starbucks was amazingly reasonable. The hot wings that were sold in the bowling alley were 🔥.

Room needs updating,especially the living area. Bed was very comfortable but did not appreciate the service at all had to ask for towels everyday.. and extra bath/face soap and tissue and toilet paper … service horrible! Floors not clean did not go barefoot because floors very dirty And when we left the desk clerk did not ask how our stay was .. not a bit friendly.

It would have been perfect but we went to the inside pool it was heated fine but to have to walk back to your room outside it was cold we got locked out our room for 30min wet and in swim attire our keys didn’t work we went she gave us two new keys still didn’t work she had to call maintenance about the problem and it took a lil while

We absolutely love Coral Beach. We have been coming with our family for almost 30 years! Before we met we stayed at Coral Beach with friends. So I don’t really appreciate being asked if we have ever stayed there before, that info should be in the computer. My favorite room is a corner at the end of the building. We stayed 4 nights off season and I asked for a corner room. I wasn’t given the opportunity to move once a room came open. It was just this is the what we can do. Nice room, only view from small balcony of the beach. One of the best experience is sitting on the side of the balcony for hours just watching and enjoying
