I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside it looks a bit run down, and the hotel next door is closed and broken so you see it from the balcony. But the Ethan that the hotel has all you need for a family vacation , and the staff is very nice and accommodating.

We’ve been coming to this resort for years, and each year it’s become more dated and unkept.. this year took the cake and we were quite uncomfortable.. from the blood on our towels, the filthy floors that couldn’t have been cleaned to the broken AC and clogged toilet.

Wonderful experience!

Stunning views from our 12th floor balcony. We enjoyed our stay comma although we were there for a funeral. Our room was very spacious, very well kept, clean. All updated, and had we known, we probably could have shared the room with others in our family. It was that spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything we needed to take our meals inside. The staff was so helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The facility appeared well maintained and check-in was easy. The room was pretty clean, except the bathroom had hair on the soap tray in the shower and in the overflow drain in the sink. Housekeeping did not bring by fresh towels during the 9am to 3pm cleaning time frame and I texted the number on the paperwork to inquire about it and got no reply. We ended up calling around 9pm to the front desk and they sent someone up with towels. Despite there being a lot of guests (as evidenced at the pool and on the beachfront), it was a quiet stay. We had an angle view room and had a good view of the ocean. We would probably stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay the past few days! Ashley at the front desk was incredibly sweet. She checked us in early without us having to ask and gave us a preference for the floor we stayed on. The view from our room (partial ocean view, floor 12) was beautiful and the property was well kept. All other staff we talked to or ran into were very polite as well. I also wanted to note I see a lot of reviews say they didn’t know about the temporary incidental charge ($250) because they booked third party, I did as well and they state it clearly in the message they send you after booking with all other hotel information. Also, the incidental was back on my card in less than 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again. :)

I went on a mom vacation to rest, and this was such a great spot. I went in late March. The restaurant was not open for dinner, but there are so many restaurants close by. The toom was clean, bed comfortable. Great communication. I went solo and never felt unsafe. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The gentleman working in the bowling alley even took the time to peint a menu out for me, because I couldn't read the board. I have my next trip booked and I'm taking all of my kids for family fun time. It really has a great family feel. I know where I'm staying from now on!
