First of all, this propery is under a massive renovation which is NOT mentioned on their website. In addition, there is a Stop Work order on the door for God knows what reason. I live locally, and I spoke to a couple who were staying there. Apparently they were told that the renovations were from the hurricane. We did not have a hurricane. Check in time was 3:00. I got there at 4:30 and my room was not ready. Fortunately they did have another room they could give me. My room was less than satisfactory. Beginning with the bathroom. When you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a train whistle going off. Then it ran for the rest of the time. The faucet in the bathroom was apparently missing a washer, as the water sprayed out everywhere. The refrigerator was set at freezing, which was impossible to see, so my milk, apple juice and water all froze. There was no clock in the room. The bed had the world's hardest mattress. I will give props to the housekeeping department. It was very clean. I just wish they could be quieter in the morning. I dont think its necessary to yell back and forth and bang toilet lids while doing such a great job of cleaning!
