We had a great experience at Splendid Holiday in Hanoi. The staff consisting of Harry, Emma, Lily, Anna, Mina, and Jon went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every aspect of our trip go smoothly. Thank you to Brian, Jacky, Emma, Angela and the entire staff. We had a room with two king beds and it was a great set up for four adults. The location was fantastic, especially at Christmas because of proximity to St. Joseph's and all of their special public events. We booked tours and the hotel is in the free pick-up zone for tour operators, which was very convenient.

I did not stay there. In fact I would like my money back. When I checked in, there were three very aggressively friendly men who were very creepy. They asked personal questions. They gave me the room near reception. There was no inside lock and they said it was safe. I did not feel safe. I thought about it and decided not to stay.
