We didn’t have hot water for shower and could not turn the lights off and the tv. We were very tired when we arrived and needed to go to sleep. We didn’t have the energy to call for help. I don’t think it was worth it and wished that we have chosen a different hotel

I'll definitely be back. The staff were superb from start to finish. I thought I was gonna have a smaller room, but they upgraded me to an apartment for free. The buffet dinner was really good quality, and I had an amazing time at the rooftop bar. I also was awed by the Boeing 747 they have in the garden. Fascinating to see up close! One of my best airport hotel experiences by far! I tried to go to the pool, but it was super full. That was the only downside. They should kick the kids out at 17:00 or something ;)

Enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel from check-in to check out. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating .We especially liked the ease of using the shuttle to get back and forth from the airport and then further on to catch trains
