This hotel uses a photo of their swimming pool as the main image but fail to advise you that it is not available prior to charging you. They had a NATO conference the night I booked my stay which had every single amenity including the restaurants closed to everyone else that was not part of the conference. I felt unsafe staying at that hotel due to the NATO conference and everything else taking place in the world currently. It was not until after the booking was confirmed that they emailed me making me aware that everything was closed and the NATO conference.

Very nice hotel and room. With ten shuttle bus service provided by the hotel, u can reach the public transportation system at the airport easily. Highly recommend.

Wait until the renovation is complete.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and other amenities that we wanted. It cost more than others in the area and didn’t offer breakfast, but we wanted to keep our kids entertained after a long travel day and before starting another long travel day. After I booked the room (non refundable), I got an email stating that the hotel had a summit so the pool and restaurants would be closed to the public. I sent an email asking to cancel, but never got a response. The bus was fantastic and took us straight to the hotel from the airport. However, the staff was exceedingly rude when we walked into the wrong are of the hotel even though we had been dropped off at the front door with zero instructions to enter a different area. When I mentioned the pool situation at check in, the manager told me that the room should have been refundable and offered to cancel the room then, which didn’t help us at all since we were already there. The hotel is under construction and although it isn’t a big deal, we were missing lots of little things to make the kitchenette functional. Finally, we were missing the blackout curtains, which we didn’t realize until 10pm. This was the final straw. During June, there is only about 4-5 hours of darkness in Amsterdam. We were up ALL NIGHT because it was so bright in the room. (Picture taken at 6:05am.) This wasn’t booked on a whim. We did a lot of research for what would suit our family. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t match the description.

Never again.

Long wait at reception and I was finally checked into another room/building I didn’t book without the option to change (I was told it was an upgrade). The room wasn’t cleaned properly – sticky substance left all over couch seat cushions. The next morning, there was no hot water at all – complained to the staff member at front desk who reassured me that if I emailed mentioned issues with photos, they would offer a solution. No one has replied to any of my emails, nor the third-party representatives I booked through. Will never stay there again! App isn't letting me add photos :/

This place is awesome! Stayed for one night and it had everything I needed and more! The breakfast buffet was 10/10 and the spa area (steam room, sauna, and cold buckets) were fantastic. There are even a few nice trails nearby! Fantastic accommodations as well!

Checked in at 8:30 PM, only to be informed that the spa closed at 9 PM—something that should have been made clear beforehand. I had booked a twin room but was instead placed in the adjacent Urban Apartments. Despite the room being advertised as non-smoking, it reeked of tobacco. It was more of a self catering apartment rather than a hotel room. Paid £73 for a meal at the Restaurant, which I found to be overpriced for the quality. At the bistro, the food was undercooked, and we had to ask three times before our drinks were finally brought out. Overall, a very disappointing experience. ⸻ Let me know if you’d like a softer or more formal tone!
