clean room, accesible to train and staff were very accomodating. I was accomodated for an early check in at 10am. prior to coming to amsterdam I emailed the hotel about our early arrival and so happy they have accomodated my request. Wonderful place, everything is beautiful and the area outside is very photogenic. Lots of shops, restaurants and things for the kids. Very walkable and safe. If you need to park the front desk has a small discount so park out front and check in before you find the garage.
