Absolutely perfect!

I rented this house with my three teenage daughters. The house was absolutely perfect for us and more than I expected!!! I hope to be able to go back every summer. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Home Great Location

The location is perfect to explore the cape and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is the perfect size for a family, it was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had to do a little remote work and the internet was very good. The arrival and departure process was easy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook if we return to the area.

Cape Cod getaway

The house and location met all of our needs for exploring the Cape. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were disappointed in the quantity of household supplies ( dish washing detergent, working light bulbs, kleenex etc.) The main front door code was diffult to use. The second floor shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Harwich!

Best vacation rental I have had on the Cape!

Not only was the house well appointed and clean, it said “Welcome home” from the moment we stepped foot in the door! Everything you would need in the kitchen and the basic stuff like paper towels and dish soap to start you off right! You will not be disappointed with this rental. Great location to shop and make day trips and beach time! Can not say enough....just book it!

Enjoyed our stay

It was a lovely home well equipped. The location was good however not walkable to beach or pond. The outdoor deck was nice but a few more outside chairs are needed the plastic chairs were dirty and need to be replaced. The biggest issue however was that we were unable to check in until 6:00. Checkout should have been 4;00. We have rented on the Cape for over 20 years and never had that issue. Overall it is a lovely place to stay and would have gotten a higher rating if not for these issues. The downstairs thermostat needs adjustment as well. Would not shut off the AC.

Our family totally enjoyed the stay in Harwich. The home was fantastic with all the amenities you could ask for. Driving distance to beaches was short and plentiful. Great restaurants in the area as well. We were impressed how clean the house was and the layout of the rooms. We will look forward to a return for sure. Thanks!

Excellent house for a family stay

Fantastic stay in July. House was spotless and the pictures don’t do it justice. Modern kitchen and spacious rooms, open layout on 1st floor with a great family room and deck with outdoor shower off the dining area. Kitchen was well equipped and washer and dryer are on first floor. Great house for a family home base, convenient to Chatham, Brewster, Harwich and Route 6.
