Good hotel , but bad accounting system/department.

I like this hotel overall. However, I checked out on 5/24, but the withheld security deposit from my credit card has not been cancelled as of 6/10. I called the hotel for twice already. I am not happy with their accounting department/system. Also, the room card did not work for elevator frequently. My co-worker in my local office told me that he met the similar problem a couple years ago already. We think the elevator system for room card reader need to be updated.
