it was perfect with a child, only minus beach had no sand and stony floor made it hard to go into the sea

Overall we had a brilliant time and the place is great. Beds are not that comfy to my liking.

We have recently stayed with our two young kids and had a fantastic holiday. The staff were excellent and we enjoyed everything from the food to the mini disco. Can only recommend the hotel and hoping to be back soon.

Simply Fabulous

Cons: The food offerred in the non-buffet restaurants.

Location: One needs to get a car to see the island.

All services are excellant. Plenty bars. Excellant food and drinks. The hotel is very beautiful, so is the room. Enjoyed sipping cocktail while watching a small band playing and singning.

Laguna Mitsis

Pros: Stunning Hotel, Great staff

Cons: More seafood in buffet, better system to makes the queues less in buffet.

Location: 30 min walk turning left at the beach will take you to some shops and a lovely beach.

Stayed for 1 week in October. weather was very hot most days. Not many people from the uk. A lot of Germans, Russians and perhaps other eastern european nations. Staff are very good and eager to please, happy friendly and hard working. We only had drinks service at the pool twice in the week and this was in the morning and then nothing all day, perhaps this is due to using the quieter pools. We enjoyed the Asian and the staff there work very hard and are great. Mexican wasnt so good and the Italian was so-so. Beach is a no go really but if you do want to use I would suggest going to the spot by the kiddies club where there are less rocks.

Nice hotel with good pools

Pros: Facility is of high standard and staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean.

Cons: WIFI is pretty bad to a hotel of this standard. Very slow and signal is weak or non existing in room. Food can be better, they look good only.

Location: Close to beach, it beach is pebbled, no sand and there are rocks, can't really go down. Closest sandy beach is 15 mi utes walk away.

Good hotel, room is pretty new and very clean. Had a nice stay overall. Pain point is WIFI and the a la carte resturants.

Es war ganz okay. Das Personal war mehrheitlich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Betten waren gut bis sehr gut. Das Essen und die Restaurants sind gut. -Das Buchungssystem betreff der Restaurants in den Mitsis Hotels ist Katastrophal. Dies habe ich in Kreta sowie in Kos erlebt. Auch die gesammelten Memberpunkte einzulösen ist ohne Hilfe nicht möglich. -Die Mietautofirma im Hotel ist dubios, da nur Cash bezahlt werden darf, dies obwohl dies in Griechenland nicht mehr erlaubt ist. Uns wurde dies erst mitgeteilt als wir den Schlüssel des Autos abholen wollten.
