Very nice resort. Service at times was lacking even though it was off season with few people. The service at the restaurant for dinner was very slow. Waiter disappeared for a while and I could not find him ? Service at the breakfast buffet was very good. Room was never maid up in a 3 night stay.

We enjoyed the pool and 3:30 PM Bingo! We walked on the beach, and participated in the turtle talk and feeding at 10:30 AM Our family took the free resort shuttle to the Coligny shopping plaza for lunch and shopping. Our room was lovely and clean! I would highly recommend the resort!

Booked a king bed. First was put in a room with 2 queens but the AC was broken. They changed our room to one with AC but never offered to help move our stuff for the inconvenience. The new room was also 2 queens. Front desk staff was friendly but the staff in the restaraunts and bars were unfriendly. Lots of pet waste around. Barking dogs kept us awake. We are dog people so I actually enjoyed seeing the dogs all around but the waste owners didn’t clean up and the in room barking was a bit much. It wasn’t a terrible stay but just OK. I asked for late checkout in advance online and was charged $99 for that but were told we could stay until 12:00 noon and that the extra hour was free of charge since normal checkout is 11:00. It was my understanding that the $99 late checkout was to be able to leave up to 4:00PM. Either way I was charged $99 for something I don’t feel I received.
