The sliding door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close. Half the curtains on the sliding door were missing so we had no privacy in the living room. The shower curtain did not fit properly and water was all over the floor in the bathroom after each shower. We were given a code to enter the pool area but we were unable to find any keypad or any way to unlock the pool gate and therefore were unable to sit by the pool.

the floor had settled and it was at first difficult to adjust to the grade up into the kitchen. dumpster was outside almost the entire time while ladders and workman came and went parking next our car. I had to park away from them.Slider was almost impossible to work. Needs greased or replaced. Hot water heater didn't work on arrival. No instructions about cable remote or Tubo TV remote. Didn't get to use cable box "Spectrum" until they came by and showed me the box remote usage. Sofa and chairs uncomfortable.

The unit was in a great location-walking distance to Harbourtown. It was decorated nice and had a nice view. I was surprised that it didn’t have a smoke detector (although the listing didn’t say there was one- I would have thought it would be required by VRBO or SeaPines). It needs a little TLC- paint in bathroom, clean shower curtain liner etc, It was nice otherwise and has a big closet in the bedroom.

Very comfortable bed, nice spacious bedroom with closet. Very nice that there were beach chairs in the front closet we could use. TV allowed us to log in to our streaming services. Microwave did not work, which was a little frustrating but we managed. I would suggest replacing the lightbulbs in the lamp as soon as you walk in and on the side of the bed closest to the window. These are not nearly bright enough to read by, etc. We enjoyed our stay and the view very much!

The good:-The location to Harbourtown is terrific-The check-in process was easy-The bed was very comfortable - lots of closet space-priceThe okay:- bathroom wall needs the paint touched up- could use a couple more towels/wash cloths- the dryer vent seems like it vents straight into the kitchen. Not sure if it does but smells like it.- living room tv could be a bit larger - bedroom tv could be hung on the wall. It barely fit on the tv stand and hard to see the screen from the left side of the bed.Overall, though, it was a nice place for the price and would certainly rent in Racquet Club Villas again next year. Thank you!

Perfect for your next getaway

This villa was phenomenal! Perfectly located in Harbor Town. It was spotless and cozy with a nice coastal vibe. It was equipped with kitchen supplies making it easy to cook. The amenities were great, and the Sea Pines Beach access was perfect and only six minutes away. However, you need to get there early if you want a spot and as long as you have a week pass you can park for no additional fee. I would highly recommend this for couples and small families. It’s super quaint and in a great spot!

Great location

The condo was everything we needed for the weekend and you cannot beat the location! It's not the fanciest place we've stayed at, what you see is what you get. Comfortable bed. Across from Tennis Club, just a couple blocks to Harbourtown. And the racquet club pool is like having your own private pool.
