504 North Shore is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on the fifth floor of the North Shore complex. It has an open floor plan with tiled floors through the main living area and hardwood floors in the bedrooms plus a private, covered balcony. As you enter the dining room is on your right with a table that seats six. The fully stocked kitchen has a large island that has four stools. A great place to enjoy a snack while the chef prepares your meal. The living room has a nice white queen sleeper sofa with two matching chairs and a 55” Samsung TV with DVD player. There is access to the private, covered balcony that has a round table that seats four plus two Adirondack chairs. The balcony overlooks Coligny Plaza with views of the ocean in the background.

To the left of the entrance is the stackable washer & dryer behind closed doors. There is great bedroom separation as the guest bedroom is up front by the entrance and the master suite is on the other side of the living room. The guest room has two full beds and 42” TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The master suite has a king bed, 45” TV and has access to the balcony. The ensuite has a single vanity and large walk-in shower.

A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex is gated and the parking is covered and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.
