The view was excellent. The community was lovely. The condo was nicely decorated. The condo was only superficially clean; water marks on glass tables, rugs and floors poorly vacuumed, dust on some of the furniture and some food stuck to the appliances. The stove front drawer was coming off the hinges. The hot tub was dirty. After several attempts we were able to reach property management and they said the crew would not be returning to the property until the following week. Hence, we could not use the hot tub, for which we paid significantly in amenities fees.

Property management and onsite repairs

We would have given this unit 5 stars but the property manager did not communicate very well with us (didn’t receive instructions until 30 mins prior to check-in when we found out office was not in Palmetto Dunes where the condo was located. We were also unaware that external updates / repairs were being made to the entire building , garage was unaccessible which made parking limited. Building alarms went off multiple times with Fire dept trucks arriving our first evening. Otherwise, the unit itself was a great location, very clean with nice view of ocean.
