This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first floor washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool, or beach just one block away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
