Every guest comfort has been thought of from new flooring, stainless steel appliances, luxurious beds & furniture, granite tile and counter tops! Located in the desirable Coligny Beach area you are a short walk or bike ride to some of the Island's best shopping, restaurants and of course, the Atlantic Ocean. Miles of bike trails and nature trails await.

Once you enter the Villa you will see all the designer touches making this Courtside Villa a quick favorite!

The sleek galley kitchen has plenty of space to prepare the "catch of the day" and still feel included because of the open and airy lay-out. The dining and living area is stylish, comfortable and inviting. Step out onto your balcony to enjoy a southern breeze. A spiral staircase leads down to the ground level where you will be steps from the community pool.

Upstairs are two Bedroom Suites. The Master Suite has a king bed and en suite bath. It offers the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Lots of closet space.

The second bedroom has two queen beds offering plenty of space and sleeping options for your travelers. The guest bedroom also has an en suite bath which is such a treat for guests.

Family of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the space and the responsiveness to questions during our stay. We enjoyed using both of the pools and were very happy with the short walk to the beach.

Very nice, clean and roomy, only a couple of complaints but it’s personal preference only. Could not put the AC below 70 and the bedrooms were hot at night. The ruko TV couldn’t add apps so wasn’t able to add MLB to watch the baseball games. Every thing else was as to be expected.

Family Beach Vacation

Great property. Loved the location and short walk to the beach. The pools were great. Property was quiet and as pictured. Only downside is the beds very not very comfortable, so we didn’t sleep very well. I also wish they provided beach/pool towels. It was inconvenient to have to bring ours. Unit was clean. Can’t beat the location!

Loved this unit! Beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well supplied. We could walk or drive to the beach depending on what part we were going to. Beach chairs were available if we needed them. The stairs getting to the unit were not an issue for us. Highly recommended this unit.

Comfortable, clean and modern

We loved the condo and appreciated how comfortable it was. It was easy for me to walk to Coligny Plaza while my family golfed. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to look around the property much, but we still had a great time.

This was a very nice place to stay-it was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and was very close to Coligny Plaza and nice walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. I would rent this unit again.

The property was just as it looked in the photos which is not always the case. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The weather was not very cooperative during our stay so it was important to be in a space that made staying inside a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a girls weekend with my sisters and mom. The pools are very nice and the beach is within walking distance. The original listing included 2 bicycles when booking but they were since removed, so you will need to rent bikes if needed. The townhouse is beautiful, just like the pictures. We would rent again.

Amazing Location/Very Clean

This place was exactly like the pictures on the listing. It was very clean and a well maintained place. The beds were comfortable and the shower had enough hot water for all 4 of us. The pools were great and very clean. It was so close to the beach and all the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back again!

Great condo, great location

Very well-stocked kitchen- had everything. Disappointed with the amount of hot water - not enough for 2 adults to take even short showers. Minor issue with master bathroom sink drainage (had to temporarily remove drain stop).

Awesome Vacation

We loved everything about the property. The layout was perfect for the family with the two bedrooms being upstairs and the living space downstairs. The unit had everything we needed including beach essentials. (Wagon, chairs, boogie boards). The location is only 5 minutes to the beach which was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.

Great rental!

This place is beautiful!! Very nicely decorated! Stocked with all the essentials and more! This unit even has 2 bicycles to use! It also included Beach chairs, boogie board, pool noodles, and a wagon for the beach!! Included cable and smart Roku TV. Very good location and only about 4 blocks from Coligny Beach! The 2 pools were nice too. I highly recommend this property!

Spring break

This was a nicely updated condo. The fixtures, finishes, and furniture was very well done. The back porch was shaded and the front porch was full sun, so you could get the best of both. The condo is in walk-in distance to the beach. The only thing to say as a negative was that the pool, pool area and furniture was not clean and not actually “open”. When booking, we were unaware that the pool opens first week in April.

Great place, highly recommended

Place was very clean, and it looks just like the pictures. Walk to the beach is just a few minutes and the place has a couple of beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cart. Everything works fine and it is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.
