Breakfast was lovely. Lots of traditional food and western breakfast food options too. It was fantastic having the restaurant on the 25th floor with views of the entire city. Staff were very helpful.

We had a very nice stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel. Like others have said, the hotel feels a bit dated, and the light switches in the room were a bit awkward to use. The staff was great and really made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was really good with plenty of tasty options. But the happy hour was anything but happy. We expected a bit more than just tiny sweets and a refrigerator. We only saw one other person there, just enjoying the view. All in all, it was a nice hotel with friendly staff.

This hotel is tired, what makes it is the amazing views from the room and from the breakfast lounge. Our room was very small and valuable space was taken by furniture which really did not need to be there. We were unable to have both of our cases open. The general decor of the room was scruffy, with scuffs and scrapes on the walls, a large stain on the sofa and the bathroom was very dated with no space for washbags and incredibly thin towels. No coffee in the room and the complimentary evening lounge drinks had been withdrawn just before we arrived for our stay so drinks had to be paid for. I would not class this as a 4 star hotel and I would be unlikely to stay again.

Clean room however bathroom could do with a bit of an update. Would highly recommend to make sure if your a non smoker to not book a smoking room as the smell hits as soon as you step out of the lift! That was my own mistake but lesson learnt. Good location and if high level room then great view of the mountains.. good price for a quick visit!

I loved this hotel! My room was nice and clean and had a fantastic view. I also loved the area at the top of the hotel where you can get drinks anytime while enjoying great views over the city. The hotel is very well situated close to the peace park and is easily accessible via public transportation. I can only recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff. I forgot my room card in the room. Got back in no problem. Breakfast has a nice spread to choose from. All you need is a few mins walk.

Outstanding customer service

Lovely clean room on 20th floor, sufficient space for 3 nights. Breakfast on 25th floor is pleasant experience with plenty of choice and use of guest lounge throughout the day with some refreshment is appreciated. Conveniently located on Peace Boulevard close to Peace Park and museum etc. The staff are amazing as we left something in the room which they found and on request mailed to our next hotel. Thank you so much.
