I felt like I was staying at a friend's house for the night for the fact that I only had a thin sheet to sleep with , my black out curtain was half off, and the mini fridge went through loud spells.

the toilet had a leak and washroom floor was wet. Tickets for waterpark at front desk was sold for 2 days came out to $570 for 5 of us. The front desk personnel was being difficult when I asked if there was a water package for 4.

Easy to get around to various restaurants, stores, etc. close to the main strip. Good spot for the cost. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use a little updating but not a deal breaker. Who wants to go to Niagara Falls to sit in the hotel room anyways? I’d go back

Very old facilities and need to pay feo everything from four bottle waters per day to parking, nothing is included in the room rate. Walls as thin as paper make sure you can know whatever your neighbor is doing. Not recommended and will come back.

No air conditioning, no heating, no ventilation, no TV, we need to open window for breathing. We talked to front desk staff about the situation, the staff replied that the weather is cool, no matter they turn on air conditioning or heating, customer will complain anyway.
