Dirty sheets. Waterpark was disgusting. Food smashed onto carpet of hotel hallway floors. Reception desk always had a line. No gym. Perkins was the restaurant? Pass. Trash (including white claw cans) littering the entrance. Was there the WHOLE TIME we were there. On a positive note, the parking attendant was lovely.

The hotel used the waterpark as a bait to get tourists who have kids to book. That’s what happened to me. The only reason why I booked this hotel was because I had kids and the indoor water park was the reason. We found out that the waterpark was for everyone!! If I knew this there was no way I was going to book this hotel… in fact a dirty motel. To start there’s no washroom in the reception area and if for any reason you are pressed to use it you have to wait to get checked into your room before. The carpets leading to the rooms are nasty. Now where the rooms are located have this sitting area that have dirty chairs and carpets with untended flowers or trees. The bathroom has the sinks rusted and I found hair in my bathroom. The coffee brewing machine was dirty and it looked like it had not been cleaned for sometime. The fridge was dirty. The AC was a very old one that made the most noise and I don’t remember the last time I booked a hotel with that AC. For the amount of money I paid this was not WORTH it all. In fact we were cat fished !!! I will never stay here and I pray travelers don’t get baited with the water park to book this hotel.

We had to call 4 times for the towels and they didn't ckean the room on Thursday and we had to call again for toweks and soent the night with the garbage frok the previous day. No room micriwace abd we had to go down 2 kevels tonwark up food and didn't habe a kettle either.

Service and staff were great. Room was clean. Beds were great. Inconvenien not having a bathroom in the lobby area. The restaurant bathroom was gross not clsan and toliets didnt flush.

The location was perfect for our needs. However we went to check in a little after 4 (check in time) and there were no rooms available that were cleaned. We were directed to give them a call an hour later to see if it was ready instead of receiving a text or call from them. We did not check in until 6pm. We had an event to go to so it was a little disappointing that none of us had the opportunity to shower and get ready in the room. When we got to the room there was a nasty smell but the rooms itself looked decently clean. definitely just an older building but the inconvenience of the check in process was my biggest critique. however we did see a lot of people getting rooms on time so we were just the unfortunate ones.

Location was great, close to Clifton Hill and waterpark was cool. Hotel room looks out onto a shared space that got a little noisy but wasn’t terrible. Everything was clean but super outdated and a few tv channels, which was ok since we only used the room to sleep. Overall hotel was okay, not worth the $450/night rate but good location

The carpet in the hallway was terrible it felt for the money we spent they would invest in an upgrade it was more of a tripping hazard. There was no continental breakfast offered, you also had to pay for parking after spending $500 for a 1 night stay. The wifi was lagging. Overall the property is definitely a 3 star over priced you do it once but definitely not twice.
