Overall it was enjoyable stay. It was outing with the family and kids enjoyed the waterpark and it was convenient to walk to the waterpark with connecting bridge from the hotel. Rooms and furnishings could get updates as they are a bit old and you could tell by the conditions but we only stayed in the room to wind down during the night and to have a proper bath so it wasn't much of an issue. We opted to go out for the meals as there is only one option in the hotel but not necessarily a concern either since Clifton Hill and bunch of restaurants are in a walking distance. We stayed during the weekdays so there was parking available at the hotel, you can also park in the main parking garage which we did after checking out from the hotel. As per the hotel staff the paid parking allows you to park until midnight the day of the checkout.

I liked skyline Hotel as its close to the main strip and the waterpark obviously. The hotel was okay, could have been cleaner I feel just seemed like the rooms were run down and bare min done. Super noisy as there is always a ton of children running around late at night but having the whole one wall being all windows made it hard to put the children to sleep as there was no way to get rid of the noise. Very expensive hotel for what you get in the rooms. Overall I'm not sure id go back to the hotel but I definitely would go back to the water park.

Our room was very noisy attached to a courtyard. The toilet leaked all night and the room was very dated. If there are curious parents wondering if this water park and hotel is comparable to great wolf lodge the answer is NO way. The benefit of the location is being able to enjoy Clifton hill with the kids which was a fun activity we have never done before. Staff were pleasant. We did not voice our complaints when we were there as they had enough complaints at the front desk and the poor staff did not need to hear another. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, noise free holiday.

It was not clear from the images on the website that many rooms are located in an indoor courtyard and so you have to keep your only natural light source closed unless you want other guests to see inside your room. It was also extremely noisy, with continuous running, stomping, and door slamming overhead. The mattress was also not comfortable at all.
