Location was centrally located for our planned activities. Staff were pleasant. Had buffet breakfast in the LIV restaurant- the staff were so professional and the food was delicious and abundant. Well worth the price. The Gym facilities were spectacular- clean and fairly quiet.

I was at White Oaks to attend a wedding. I was in & out of my room throughout the day. I also 7sed my room for my 18 month old grand daughter could have a nap. We placed the do kot disturb sign on the door, until late afternoon. Approximately four o'clock i recieved a text about cleaning my room. I declined, thinking end of their day, and i really didn't need it. When i returned from supper, my room had been cleaned, garbage removed and fresh towels. Wow, i an quite impressed.

First, including at least a simple continental breakfast in the room price would be a great touch and improve value for guests. Second, the hot tub could be kept cleaner to ensure it feels as relaxing as it should. Lastly, adding some light background music around the pool area would really enhance the atmosphere and make it feel more welcoming
