The windows let in too much cold while closed. Bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and hard. No coffee machine in suite. Carpets looked like they haven't been changed since the 1960s. Keycards demagnitize when they touch your phone. Hottub is like a kiddy pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and fitness area were decent.

I had called front desk a number of times for an extra blanket and water. I was told you didnt have water. Why give a coffee machine in the room but no water. Not impressed

I like to stay at this hotel due to the location of the Chelsea, but it really is time for some update to decore and repairs. For example, my sink seemed clogged and took forever to drain properly.
