it was a little walk from downtown (34 mins), the people next door to us were very loud at 1-2am, thankfully they quieted down just before i was going to call downstairs. room and bathroom were a little small.

Proximity to major TTC hubs is a huge positive of this property. Downside is the major ongoing highrise construction projects in close proximity to the hotel, it is hard to sleep in.
