Great hotel with top-notch customer service, clean space, and great amenities.
Upon checking in, the staff were excellent and able to accommodate holding my luggage because I arrived early. They upgraded me to a better room because there was availability. The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke so the staff was able to move me to a Comparable room that didn’t have this issue. This isn’t any fault of the hotels. It is due to disrespectful guests.
After I was able to settle in, I was able to take advantage of all the amenities.
They had a pillow menu, which was a nice touch because I was able to order a memory foam pillow for a good nights rest. I am not used to sleeping on the flat feather pillows that hotels normally offer.
I really liked the design of the bathroom the toilet and the shower were separate from the sink area so we could use the individual amenities without waiting. There was also a bathtub and they provided Himalayan pink sea salt so you could soak away aches after walking all day.
Each room also had an air purifier in the desk/sofa seating area. Make sure you turn it on to purify the unpleasant HCMC air.
I did not get to take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool because of the bad air quality, but I did visit the gym and the bar on the first floor.
The hotel is also attached to the mall next-door, which had your typical high street brand shops.
Overall, a great hotel, and I would stay again.
