Book two nights stay with the hotel, I book the executive suite room . I nearly fell down the next morning as the corridor ceiling was leaking n the floor was all wet, coffee machine also not working . Told the manager on duty, he check the room n says that he’ll change another room for me, but personally I think the hotel should refund me my one night stay

First class in every department. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable and well equipped rooms. Relaxing spa treatments, nice pool.
