Room was so damp. Sheets were damp. Couldn’t sleep comfortably through the night due to this. Any hand washed items would still be wet in the morning. I have stayed here a few times this year for work travel and it is a consistent challenge.

The hotel has wonderful staff from Tony the concierge to the doorman, wait staff, housecleaning. Everyone was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, I think the hotel may be showing its age. My room had a musty smell and while the included humidifier tried to help, it was not to the best. In addition the hallways had a few humidifiers going as well. Sad to say my second day, my showrer no longer had hot water. I was able to grin and bear it as the weather was so hot and humid. I probably should have said something, but I didn’t want the bother of packing up all my stuff and moving to another room. It’s a beautiful hotel, but I think they may need to do some renovations.
