Great location. It’s a very big hotel, not a small boutique. All the higher end stores are right there if you are a shopper. The only complaint I have is a friend dropped off an envelope for me, but the front desk never called me or delivered it. I only found out, from my friend, when I had left.

Property needs more lighting thought out the inside of hotel. As you walk down the hallway , you barely see your shadow, feel Unease at time. At time you feel like there some one or something walking behind you , because the hallways always dark with no lighting barely. For a five star hotel , at least put in LED lights
