高原のホテルに大浴場があるのが、大変良かったです。　デュベが羽根布団なら更に、快適かと思いました。夕食、朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフも良かったです。窓から池が見れて、景色が良かったですね! また泊まりに行きたいホテルです。

利用2日前の予約だったので、特別な部屋しか予約出来なかったが、逆にそれが功を奏する結果に。夕朝食付きだったので、館内でのんびりできる時間が豊富に。大浴場は利用者が少ないと思われる時間帯に利用。露天風呂でのんびり出来ました。大浴場と部屋のバス共に使い、日常の疲れが取れました。館内にはエレベーター2基が、レストラン行きと大浴場行きの2基。分かれているのが良いと思われました。

施設も綺麗で、敷地内の池も良い雰囲気があって全体的に満足しています。懐石料理が美味しかったです。特に一の膳がそれぞれ良い味付けでした。全体のボリュームがそれなりにあるので、最後のご飯は、好みの量を聞いて頂けると良いかと思います。

スノーボード旅行の宿として利用させていただきました。施設はきれいで申し分なし、お部屋は少し照明が暗かったですが、落ち着く雰囲気で問題はありませんでした。テレビが小さく、うつりも悪かった(画面が暗かった)ところが残念でした。また、24時間オープンの売店の無人レジで交通系ICカードを使用して購入しようとしたら、エラーで支払いができず、スタッフが駆けつけるまで5分以上かかってしまい不便をしました。24時間オープンなのは嬉しいですが、何かトラブルがあった際にすぐに人が駆けつけられるように徹底した方が、よりよいサービスにつながるのではないかと思います。

観光拠点への送迎があり、公共交通機関利用族にはありがたいです。運よく星空観察もできました。解説もわかりやすくたいへん素晴らしかったです。温泉用のタオルが室内のハンドタオルと別にあればより良かったと思います。
