Really enjoyed the wonderful view from our room. Loved your happy hour on the 23rd floor. Great view and attentive staff. It was my birthday and the waitress took a polaroid picture and enclosed it a nice card wishing me a personalized happy birthday. She also brought over a lovely dessert. It made my birthday in Hong Kong very special. Nice room and was kept very clean by your great staff. We asked for ice which promptly arrived at our room.

We stayed in a corner room with an amazing harbor view, and the bathroom had many well-designed details. Before our trip, the hotel thoughtfully informed us about the bed sizes and also let us know that the extra beds were fully booked. They were concerned that it might be uncomfortable for us to sleep since we were two adults and two children. However, during check-in on the day of arrival, we reached the hotel at 2:30 PM and were told that the room would be ready around 3:00 PM. We went out to buy something and came back at 3:20 PM, only to be told that housekeeping had not finished and we would need to wait another 20 minutes. They gave us four drink vouchers while we waited. After the 20 minutes passed, they told us it would take another 5 minutes. The staff were very polite and kept apologizing. Still, the hotel may need to consider assigning more housekeeping staff. Check-in is officially at 3:00 PM, yet we had to wait more than 40 minutes beyond that, which is not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. Also, after waiting so long, we were given a room on a very low floor, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is just one block from the MTR North Point station, making it very convenient for our sightseeing trips. The room was surprisingly spacious compared with other hotels of the same grade in Hong Kong, and we even had a partial harbor view. While there were no drawers, the closet offered plenty of space for our belongings. The staff were courteous and helpful, greeting guests warmly as they approached the entrance every day. Although the hotel isn’t located in the popular Tsim Sha Tsui area, its close proximity to the MTR more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
