The room was very dusty which could’ve have been dusted better and aircon was constantly on - housekeeping turned it back on after we left it off, meaning the room was cold - front desk kindly gave us a portable heater, there was air purifiers luckily.

There was no mini bar, only a vending machine in the lobby. There was also no room service, but an uber eats type option. Having an onsite self service laundry was great, although we had to download the Octopus app which cost money as the minimum was more than we needed. There was no luggage storage, bags were left outside with a rope looped through them, not safe enough for us to leave.

This was our second stay at the Dorsett in Wan Chai. It was excellent. It is a wonderful hotel with helpful staff and a great breakfast. The location is wonderful with transport options and restaurants near by.
