I was able to walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center from the hotel everyday, which is all I really needed to do during my stay. There was a slight problem the last night there. Apparently, when I checked in, the clerk didn't finish the process, so the hotel thought my room was empty.

We loved the place and will definitely be back! It is at the end of the “main strip” Waikiki but still walkable. It was an excellent stay, beautiful views, top notch service, and price!

Room was clean and staff was responsive when i asked them to adjust the shower knob which was immovable. I had microwave and Fridge which was convenient. Hotel was next to the Ala Moana mall with a nice food court and many dining options which are simple and affordable. It is close to convention center. Downside is it is far from Waikiki beach and main shopping areas of Waikiki.

Good location but in need of an update.

Our stay was good. Cons: small rooms, small bathrooms and need an update in decor. The pool area was nice but no shade, no real atmosphere. The depth of pool was 9ft, which is not good for non swimming people. No room service and no cutlery/ plates, even though there was a microwave. Pros: Staff were all very, very helpful. Laundry facilities. The Pint and Jigger pub was great and had atmosphere. Location good for Ala Moana Centre. Starbucks on site as well as the fine dining restaurant- the Signature, which was absolutely wonderful. If you want to splash out for a lovely dinner, this is your place. Breakfast available but not many healthy alternatives.

This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Hawaii. Staff are friendly and very helpful, hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool is nicely set up, and rooms are clean and spacious.
