The main light in our room didn’t work, so we had to rely on the small, dim lamps, which made the space feel dark. For being the most expensive suite in the hotel, there weren’t many amenities, gifts, or special touches that you’d normally expect at that level. The pool was decent, but overall the experience didn’t match the price point.

The room is very tiny, window curtain are wrinkles really bad, the curtain length so long touch the carpet. It Looks like I was at a cheap motel. No free water bottles at all. No vending machine. I called down to receptionist they told me there were vending or water machines on every even number floor. I went up to 6th floor nothing there. Maids were good friendly. I paid $200/night I didn't expect they are so cheap can't even give us at least 2 bottles of water. The Ice machine tray is rusted. It looks gross. I left a message to the supervisor, but no call back. I wanted to moved out of there the 2nd day but my credit card already charged. I am stuck there for 6 days and I hated it.

A very ordinary hotel. Don’t believe the pretty pictures. Staff is cold and uninterested, there no water anywhere, no room service, restaurants close early and stop breakfast at 10, the rooms are a bit old and you can hear your neighbors. Spend more money on a better hotel (and I guess I Honolulu you have to pay a lot for a decent hotel).
