Great stay at the Sheraton Waikiki, grounds were lovely and well maintained, infinity pool was so cool, loved the open air feel of the hotel. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Waikiki.

We have stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort before (3 years ago) and rated it all 5s. However, this time the floor (12th) and room (ocean view) we were in was just beat up and needed some extra cleaning and upkeep. The pool water was pretty gross, but I'm sure that is from all the kids and sunblock. The infinity pool was nice, but super crowded. We mostly swam in the ocean and enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The valet was wonderful, and so was all the staff we interacted with. I used to live in Hawaii and so I have my favorite local spots to go to for local food and the sights, but enjoy being a "tourist" when I'm home so we stay in Waikiki so we can walk right out to the beach.

Staff was very polite, housekeeping serviced the room everyday and made it amazing. Didn’t need to worry about running out of towels and supplies. Amazing very and loved everyone here. Will definitely be coming back!

The view from the room was amazing! The location was great. We could walk to shopping and restaurants. We could also hop on the trolley when needed. The hikes and other activities were not too far away.

Nice resort right on the Waikiki beach. Also has some of the best pools in the area. However dining menu in restaurants could be better, and the pool beds need some shade and privacy (they are all jammed next to each other).

The rooms are smaller than the ones at the Outrigger WIakiki. There is no day room available for people who leave later in the day so you have to pay extra to shower if you want to be clean for the flight. The concierge was too lazy to make reservations for my son’s birthday at a specific restaurant I requested and stated the restaurant didn’t take reservations, which once there I discovered they did but it was too late by that point as the restaurant was booked up. The family pool is in the shade by 2pm bc the towers surrounding it are so tall and children are not welcome in the side where the sun was so the pool got too cool in the afternoon for children. Pretty sub par for the rate.

It’s a very nice resort but be warned the price per night you pay on Expedia is not what you’ll be charged. You’ll have essentially $55/day in parking fees and $52/day in resort charges on top of the original booking price.

Everything about Sheraton Waikiki Resort was spectacular! Beautiful property. Very convenient to many attractions. Staff is so kind. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
