We were there for our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a beautiful room but a day and a hald later downgraded our room and after we moved they put us back on the floor we were already on and moved us again

When we got into our family room, and I crawled into my bed it was wet. The sheets were wet with urine from a previous guest before us. The urine had even soaked into the mattress there was so much. I called housekeeping and after 20 minutes I called again because nobody responded. What was most upsetting was that the general manger on duty the next day was not apologizing and saying sorry, he offered to give us a 200.00 food credit. Our family has never been to Hawaii and we paid a lot of money to stay at this beautiful hotel. I expected more from the management and was extremely disappointed in how they tried to compensate for a gross error in preparing our room. If the manager would have said, he was very sorry and offered to upgrade our room or even offer to cover one of our four nights that would have been respectable service. He did end up giving us a food credit equal to one night, but I had to almost beg and plead with him.

Great location, very walkable to shops and food! First timer in Hawaii the island is beautiful! Go out and explore the island! Pool is very busy, full both on the adult side and family side there seems to be little to no pool service. I guess I’m used to more hospitable pool sides ( I went end of Sept) I also noticed ppl with wrist bands in the pool area from other resorts so it’s not an exclusive pool area ( downfall for me) Weird smell from room toilet (had to shut door to sleep) hated using it reminded me of a public restroom Staff was great and always very helpful! One thing id like to mention is the usage of the cabanas and resort chairs I feel like as resort guest it should be included should not be at an additional cost. I’ve never experienced this except Disney type vacations. All this being said I probably would not stay at the Sheraton again but I will definitely be visiting the island!

I am very upset & so disappointed & embarrass, of how one of the worker spoke to me while i was checking out. When it was my turn to b helped while being in line a lady walked up bside me while she was on her cellphone the front assistant worker yelling at me n tells me "I AM GONNA HELP DA OTHER BEAUTIFUL LADY 1ST & GO, ....GO STAND IN DA CONCOR MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!... Gosh, I never ever been treated like this. Being humiliated like this in front of people. So I told one of the worker to kindly tell the manager for me. I stayed in many Sheraton, hotels and different states, and none of them ever treated me like this, until now. I am Bon-voy member. I paid alot of money to stay the night and everything was nice n wonderful just until when it came to checking out. Oh... Mine... its so upsetting thinking about it. I am embarrassed. Plus i was on vacation. He made it look like as if i'm ugly or something.
