The location is perfect. Right innthe middle of the strip. The zoo and the aquarium are walkable and the food is abundant in choices. A few things are a lot of the resort amenities are additional cost and the 'Ocean view' can be full or partial, nevertheless, its was an amazing place to stay.

The room itself was okay, but what was extremely disappointing was the poor customer service from the staff at the resort. Multiple times we were promised complimentary amenities would be delivered to our room, but not once did it actually happen. I’m sure this review will get some sort of scripted response from the resort, but at the end of the day the experience my wife and I had on our honeymoon at the resort was below par and nothing the resort can say will change the fact that the experience was poor.
