Staff were really helpful, kind and supportive, they happily would provide more coffee and towels when needed and helped us out with the washing machines! However the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which was a bit frustrating, our room was on the 10th floor and was tidy and clean however you could hear the people above in the Pent House thumping around at all hours of the night, the beds were small and not really big enough for two people, as they leaned to one side and you could constantly here a loud humming sound - all of this made it difficult to sleep! The bathroom was tidy but there was a bit of mould and the shower pressure not so great. There is also minimal spare plug outlets in the room! Overall a good option if you are on more of a budget! Close to beach and amenities

The counter staff is excellent. We were checked in quickly. The man printed out a document for me and even made it in a Word document for readability The breakfast was lackluster. The amenity was refunded back to me after I demanded it to be returned the continental breakfast they gave was terrible coffee was not hot pastries were boxed pre packaged not fresh only offered oranges apples no bananas housekeeping was once a week not daily getting into the shower shower was like climbing Mt Everest it was so sunken deep very dangerous to get out of and their swimming pool was not to be described as in it was the size of a small bathtub.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we get a chance to go back to Waikiki. While a hotel on the beach would be lovely, Oasis is a wonderful option for those on a tighter budget. The staff is friendly and insightful. The koi and turtle pond is very relaxing. The adjacent restaurant has excellent food at a much more reasonable price than other locales. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the beach (but recommend going at least once via either the Hilton or Royal Hawaiian hotels). Equally importantly, it is only 1 to 2 blocks away from a bus stop. Map apps give excellent insight. We never went wrong. We took buses from/to the airport and Chinatown. $3 each way ($1.50 senior rate). Get a daily pass if doing more than 2 rides in a day.

The property is ok for 1 night of stay. It is very small. No lobby or driveway to properly park your car and get your things out of the car. Valet parking option only and it’s $45/day. Very inconvenient. QR codes are not working. Our room looks old and AC is broken.
