Although the hotel rooms are a bit outdated, they are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is close to major shops, restaurants, and resorts. Breakfast was sufficient, but there was just one choice of fruit, and mainly breads/pastries, and cereal. Staff was very accommodating. We were pleased with our stay.

Initial cleanliness of the room was good however we stayed overnight and the next day didn’t have any room service that was performed. We had to call down to get clean towels. Nor did we get additional coffee for the next morning

The location was ideal for getting around downtown on foot. The room smelled musty, and the furnishings were old. The kitchen included a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, and a microwave. It was very convenient for the leftovers we brought home. The breakfast was mostly toast and sweet rolls, so we only ate it once. We needed 3 beds, and we found it at the Oasis. The staff were very helpful and great to interact with. The room had a balcony, which we enjoyed. We used their laundry services. In total, I wish the room smelled better and was cleaner, but functionally it served us well.

5 night stay. We got upgraded to a penthouse suite which was very old and in dire need of an upgrade. Carpet was thread bare, paint peeling off the walls inside and on the balcony. The patio doors were damaged and difficult to secure. The one day it was cleaned they did not clean the bathroom properly as it still had lots of hair on the floor The hotel itself was in a great location but i was disappointed in the hotel itself and wished i had spent a few dollars more on a nicer hotel

Although it is in a great location and super close to everything you need in Waikīkī, I would not stay here again. The photos you see are misleading and has been selected so that you don’t see how run down the hotel is which is super disappointing when you arrive. The decor is tired and is serious need of an upgrade. We were kindly upgraded to a suite which means amenities wise for the room was good but the cleanliness of the hotel and some of the room was not up to par. No bath plug so I couldn’t take a bath. The sheets had stains and the blanket has tires in it. Free breakfast was okay for grab and go (whatever was left from it as many guests raided it first thing). Staff was friendly and great that you could get beach towels instead of buying. Just really wished it lived up to the photos. For the money we paid considering it’s Waikīkī I would not recommend in its current state

This is a smaller hotel, but the staff is friendly! I would definitely return to this hotel. They have a small assortment for breakfast, but it is set up very nice. The staff is always available for anything you need. The beach and all the shops are within a short walk.
