Hotel is ok… good location regarding getting in and out and walks to beach near Ft. Derusy. Limited on-site parking with $48 daily charge but has in out privileges. What could be better: 1. Street side rooms (we were on 5th floor) are extremely loud with road noise. 2. They charge a $30 daily resort fee but then only service every three days. Otherwise we didn’t use any of the resort services but we had to paid the fee anyway. 3. Coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus, but bring your own service items as there are none in the room.

The fees that came with it kind of made me angry. The room was pretty decent. The balcony view was nice. The location was great. The parking garage is super tight and alot of the spaces were reserved.

My wife and I stayed at Aqua Palms Waikiki for our honeymoon, and the experience turned out to be absolutely wonderful. When we first arrived, we were placed in a room with two separate beds, which wasn’t ideal for a honeymoon. However, this was quickly turned around thanks to the incredible help of the receptionist, Kasey. She went above and beyond to help us move into an amazing room with a king-size bed and a stunning view of both the city and the ocean. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference and set the tone for our entire stay. Later that same day, after moving into the new room, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift from the hotel — champagne and delicious Hawaiian chocolate. It was such a warm and touching gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and celebrated as honeymooners. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient — close to Waikiki attractions, beaches, and dining, yet peaceful and comfortable. The rooms themselves are cozy, clean, and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. We are deeply grateful to the Aqua Palms Waikiki team for their hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent service. This hotel played a special role in making our honeymoon unforgettable, and we would happily return again in the future. Highly recommended!
