As per the reservation that I made it was noted check in time is not until 3 pm. As such it seemed to be perfect time when my class would be ending. Got to the hotel at 330 where the line to check in was long. The woman checking me in told me the room is not ready and I’ll have to wait but that was all she said. So I sat in the lobby for 2 hours with no update nothing. So I began to contact Expedia for a solution they were not much help stating that check ins begin at 3 but doesn’t mean the room will be ready by 3 which is the stupidest thing . I ended up calling hotels in the area to verify that if I made a reservation and checked in right now that I would be assured that a room would be ready for me. I was able to find one couple blocks away walked over checked in and the room was ready!

The door constantly had a banging noise due to the wind tunnels (neighbors keeping their doors slightly ajar). Would love fridges with ice machines in them. Going all the way to the sixth floor to get ice can be difficult, especially at a certain time of the day, when all the windows elevators are being used. Lots of noise from the streets below and our room had very thin curtains.

There were roaches in the bathroom. There was no housekeeping; gotta take out our own trash, get our toiletries/towels at front desk because there were no room service, and you’ll be surprised because those will be charged separately as part of amenities. Today’s security front desk guy was rude, won’t even let us in to use the front entry to get into the back side of parking lot after checking out this morning;Today’s date 10/20/2025.
