Dated hotel. Unless you go to the restaurants onsite it’s a long walk to anything. Crowds, kids very noisy. Maybe fine for family vacation but def don’t recommend for adult trips.

The location was easy offering lots of dining options within walking distance. The beaches attached to the resort were great. The facilities were clean. We enjoyed the pools, beach and lagoon options. Central enough to Waikiki to walk and enjoy local shopping venues. The prices within the resort restaurants were pretty inflated.

There are other companies that are not affiliated with the hotel, like the umbrella and chairs rentals, but they treat guests very poorly. As a hotel, they should pay more attention to this or try to report these companies to the relevant authorities.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village is my go to resort at Waikiki. Rainbow Tower balcony ocean view rooms are breathtaking. I loved waking up seeing that view. Local vendors are excellent and they offer several areas so dine and shop.

My family was looking for a short getaway where we could go to one spot and enjoy the beach, dining, shopping and not have to leave the resort. This delivered exactly what we were looking for. Good dining options right at the resort. We rented Casabellas so we didn't have to deal with the pool chair contest. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall this was a good spot for all you could want. With that being said, if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing beach vacay, this may not be ideal.

I liked the view and i liked that we could rest at night without being bothered by the noise. I liked the housekeeper service. I didn't like one side of the beach, it was too rocky to enjoy. However the other side it was better. Fireworks beautiful

Overall good. Good location, good beach an.access, variety of stores. Our room seemed a bit outdated. I understand it is a resort but the food is way overly priced compared to the quality of it. My son got hurt the last day and I asked a staff member by the checkout section if they had an ice pack and was told no, to check the abc store. I would think a resort that big that accommodates so many people would have a basic first aid kit available.

2nd time staying here but 10 years apart. Still the best place to stay in Waikiki. Very safe feeling 24 hours a day, private beach, and incredibly friendly staff. There are always a lot of guests but it’s huge so it doesn’t feel crowded. Loved it!

A huge disappointment! This place is complete chaos! The pools are dirty, the restrooms around the pool areas are filthy and instead of cleaning them when it was brought to their attention they locked them! The worst part of it all when there was a person throwing water bottles filled with URINE from the floors above the pool area almost hitting my family and eventually hitting a girl a few benches from us! I had to literally beg security to go to my room so I could show them what room the bottles were coming from since I saw them throw a THIRD BOTTLE once I was on my balcony! Other than the valet and cleaning staff the rest were rude or dismissive and I will NEVER go back to a place where I don’t feel that my family will be safe!
