Room was adequate but needs updating. Definitely showing it's age. Cleaning staff would leave you a bottle of water if you left a tip. Service staff were courteous but not overly friendly. Some seemed to be annoyed with the lower occupancy level I believe. Hotel has lots to offer ie piano music at breakfast, location etc. and probably thrives during busier season. Breakfast buffet offered lots of choices and staff were quick to collect your dishes. Hotel in all was clean. Front desk was helpful and accommodating.

Friendly reception staff, we arrived before check in time, our rooms were ready so we were able to go straight to them which was great after an early start. The view over the marina was stunning. The breakfast experience was lovely - good choice, eating outside in the sun with the view over the marina/sea, and pianist playing. We were given a flower each on our departure day, a nice touch. The only disappointments were that my daughter was unable to borrow an iron, which was bizarre- often there is one provided in every room, or at least one is available on request - and that the water in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was quite cold. The sauna however was lovely. The bedding was good quality as were the blackout curtains, making for a good night's sleep.

This is the 5th time we’ve stayed at this hotel and I’m sorry to say that it has become a bit tired looking. We still enjoyed our stay and the staff are lovely I just think they need to invest in upgrading the rooms or at least maintaining them a bit better considering the price they’re charging and their central location.

The hotel is at a nice location. Our room has a nice view of the marina. The hotel restaurant is not open for dinner on Sunday. There are many restaurants nearby. The drinks at the rooftop is very expensive but an average drink.
