Booked an Ocean view, which is not exactly an ocean view. It’s basically a partial view over a street. Breakfast is not good. Sometimes you don’t even get breakfast even if you go on time. There is no bell service and no short term parking to drop off and to check out. Pool is closed for renovation and alternate is a different hotel within 2 mins walk. Only good thing is their beach towel and chair service. Our room came with only shower(ok to have shower instead of a bath tub) but the shower and taps has slow flow which is very inconvenient after you come back from a beach. It’s hard to get rid of the sand over.

Hotel stay was great! Bed was comfortable, having breakfast included was a huge plus with a toddler. The pool was out of service, so it was a little inconvenient having to pack up for a pool day and walk down the street to the sister hotel. Overall though stay was good. If you just want a place to go rest. The hotel did just that. I don’t recommend if you are looking to hang out there

Appreciated the beach chairs but they were very stingy with the chairs and water bottles. There were 3 adults in our room. Should be given per adult, not per room as we are all paying customers. Only 2 complimentary water bottles for 6 nights? You are already giving a $5 credit per day anyway, why not just give the extra water bottle out that you are charging a whopping $5 for? That part made zero sense to me. Breakfast and coffee was so bad we couldn’t stomach last 3 days and went without. Mostly pre-cooked frozen food and even bacon was awful. I called it fake-on because it didn’t taste like or have texture of real bacon. Decaf coffee was so weak and watered down and mom said reg coffee tasted old. Room was large and nice but the water pressure is way too low. The “ocean” view was kind of a joke too. Honestly not even worth mentioning as an option because it gives others a false expectation. The lobby furniture is a bit worn and dated and ceiling fans would’ve been a nice touch. The pool and dining area are an eyesore and “under construction”. The birds didn’t bother me so much even though they snatched our food once. Staff did their best to deter them. There is no room service but a dominos pizza attached.

Took niece and nephew for graduation. Like that is close to the beach restaurant. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Definitely will stay here again.
