Pros: Hotel was within walking distance to the beach and main strip of Waikiki. Staff was amazing and had quick responses to requests. Hotel had items to use for the day and beach (e.g. towels, chairs, water bottles with refillable water stations, etc.). Cons: we arrived and two of our pillows had stains (brown, resembled blood even). It was unpleasant, but we requested new pillows and received them very fast. Breakfast is available and it does the job, but it was still very disappointing and under whelming. First day we had breakfast, there were eggs, rice, kimchi, toast, bagels, coffee, juice, cereal, potatoes, sausages. It was not bad - we have dietary restrictions so this met our needs. However, there is no space to sit down and eat unless you arrive very early or very late. So many guests, including ourselves had to take our plates back to the room and eat there. Second day for breakfast only had ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches from what I recall. We do not eat meat so this was absolutely disappointing that the hotel did not have inclusive options. We ate at a cafe instead which defeated the purpose of staying at a hotel with breakfast available. Other con is that there was no AC control in our room. For a Hyatt hotel, we were disappointed.

The hotel's location is very good, the staff is very friendly, but the breakfast is not very good. They use canned fruit and there aren't enough toasters, nor are there enough chairs for the beach. The fact that there is no pool available was very unpleasant

Upon checking in, we were informed that our balcony was unusable because of construction. We were put on a much lower floor where we found a notice to expect noise because of construction. And the pool is closed. When we asked for a room away from the construction, we were literally ignored.

The coffee, staff and location was good. The rooms were pretty clean, very small and not at all what we were expecting. The representation of the rooms are very different than what you will receive. The staff works hard to make up for the disappointment of the breakfast and the rooms. Don’t expect a good hot breakfast every morning :(

The water in shower very bad low flow, in included breakfast room there is two very old toasters almost broken for couple of hundred guests you have to Waite long time to toast the bread, it is two bad.

I really didn’t enjoy this stay. Yes it was clean and yes the personal is very nice and friendly. The hotel itself is okay. It looks really nice on pictures and it’s not as nice in person. The breakfast is okay and the place where they serve breakfast is small and extreme crowded. I looked at other hotels in the area which are much better but cost was the same. The parking lot was full as well hen we arrived
