Cleaning up is average! Even the bedsheets or blankets are dirty. They won’t change it for you. The floor never vacuum even there is lots of sands. Breakfast is simple, not much choice.

Good place to spend few days with kids in this wonderful island. Room clean and good for the price. However breakfast selection choice is minor. (We ate the same for 4 days)Place of serving is windy and full of birds and pigeons very uncomfortable. Pool is next to it very small and NOT comfortable to use it while everyone is there ; not a good look . & security told us to lower our voice because we were too loud and other guess need to sleep at 5:00 PM. Laundry machine were out of order ; cloths were wet after drying (only one work) Recommended with no kids and weekend only

My family of five stayed in a room with a great view of the ocean. The ABC market was right outside the doors and the beach was only a minute walk. They had beach toys, boogie boards and chairs for free to borrow. The only downside was the elevator to get up to the 17th floor took forever. At busy hours there would be a line to get in. Overall a great stay and would definitly go back.

The room and housekeeping was amazing. The front desk staff was underwhelming. Breakfast was absolutely terrible will not ever stay at a hotel that offers terrible food. I’d rather eat out and pay extra money if it’s gonna be that bad my room is really clean. The beach was easily accessed great shopping nearby.

Room & Staff was great, but their drink prices at the bar were ridiculous! $17 dollars for a beer! Also going up and down the elevator was a pain on average it was taking us 10-15 minutes just to get up to our room! Not sure why they call it a buffet breakfast it’s basically a continental breakfast! They should consider moving it indoors dealing with all the birds trying to get to your food was a nightmare and maybe even unsanitary! Not sure I would stay here again! :(

The hotel is located in a great spot, the hotel itself is okay, what makes this place great is the staff. They were amazing, not just in a customer service way, but generally friendly and kind culture.
