I booked at the last minute so all the hotels were expensive. The room was very tiny but since I was staying just one night. Normally I would consider this significantly overpriced for an hotel that is a bit tired. (The front looks historic.)

Location is great. Convenient in the middle of Parnell Square. Cute coffee shop just 2 blocks away (GUUD DAY). Hallways are narrow (to be expected) and shower left much to be desired. Water was warm - no hot water, and it was a hand-held faucet with no overhead shower head.
