Location is fantastic it’s right on the sands of the best location on Waikiki beach. Rooms are very clean but a bit on the older style. The hotel provided as a gift refillable water bottles and had around the lobby some high end cold water filters

Rooms were in dire need of an update. Our outlets didn't work in our bathroom, we had to use an extension cord from the main area, very inconvenient when you have more than one person needing to use an outlet to get ready. Shower had plenty of black mold growing in it and our bathroom sliding door would get stuck constantly and not close at all some days. The loud live music the resort hosts and the crazy amount of yelling from partiers outside on the strip meant no falling asleep until around midnight when the music would finally subside. Construction noise would start promptly at 8am each morning as well. Not relaxing whatsoever. Pool is very tiny, much tinier than the images on their website shows - it is about half the size of a typical residential pool at a house. Pool opened each day at 8am, and the line would form by 6:45am every morning by people wanting to get one of the very few pool chairs. Withing 60 seconds of the pool opening each morning, all pool chairs would be gone. Beach is extremely crowded any day of the week - you will literally be chair to chair next to other groups on the beach. I have never been to such a crowded beach! Parking is $60/day which we thought was insane. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location - you can walk to anything on the Waikiki strip. This place reminded me of the Vegas Strip, and staying at a hotel on the strip. Never again!

Staff was great. Room 508 was subject to loud street noise, trash compactor operation, loud music and yelling from nearby lounge. Fire alarm at 2am Thursday kept guests up for several hours. Never notified that it was safe to go back to bed. Instead of a relaxing vacation I felt tired when it was all over.
