Room great, staff super helpful and welcoming. Problem wasn’t really in the control of the hotel it was the street noise. Street karaoke blasting out all evening every night. Just could not get away from it. I did address it with the hotel, they said despite contacting the police they were not doing anything about it. Pity as it it really ruined a good experience

Overall, a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodations and friendly service. There are many restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, which was very convenient. The only downside was the bathroom rails had some rust that could use attention.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay during our Waikiki vacation. The property is beautiful and the location is great with it being right on the beach. I felt so welcomed by the staff, they were so friendly and service was impeccable. The amenities were also amazing so many great shops and restaurants including Duke's, which has live music daily. The pool was also really nice but we made great use of the beach. I would absolutely stay here again 10/10 highly recommend.

The resort is a great location. Close to all the action - good food, shopping, entertainment, beach. Duke’s is in this resort with live entertainment and tables oceanfront. Great food and staff. We had a king size oceanfront room that was clean, modern. The bed was super comfortable with a great balcony oceanfront view. Staff was super friendly. Beach was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.
