Experience was really poor. I had booked a deluxe king suite. The room they provided us was dingy, the balcony on top of some air turbines that made it Soo loud you couldn't step out. Three fridge didn't work and leaked water. Had to call them 3 times and 4 hours to get a fan I. The room, we were okay with most of these inconveniences. The final straw was there was a cockroach in the room and had to complain and change rooms. Would not stay here again. They charge a 34$ resort fee for no amenities double the places we stayed at that offered a gym and a lounge

My main complaint is there was no AC as they said it had broken. When I checked in they informed me it may be a few days 2 or 3 however I stayed 5 and even upon my departure it was still broken. The receptionist was so nice and wasn’t to blame but I had a teething baby and I myself need AC at night. It was tough. Many complained that they knew prior to our check in and should’ve said something via email which I agree. I saw one man purchased a portable AC unit.

We had a very nice time in waikiki. We do not tend

Attention: this is the older hawaiian hotel in the heart of waikiki. Very affordable and the staff are excellent. The only problem was the air-conditioned in the whole hotel, That broke down. We took everything in stride and use the fan. Left our door open.I thought it wasn't that bad. My wife mentioned to me. Remember, you're on vacation.Take a chill pill.

The ac was out the entire time. Outlets did not work asked to changed rooms staff was terrible and rude. I was with my autistic 3 year old. The told me to change rooms I would have to load my stuff up at 11pm at night and bring down stairs alone. I was on the 7th floor. Power went out I had to walk up and down 7 flights. Will never book here again

The bed was ok, but rooms were really outdated and not so clean. , the AC or Fan didn’t work at all. There were roaches in the toilet. Stayed for one night before I got a room in another resort.

A/C Was down so I was placed on the first floor and told to open the sliding glass door. My room was situated next to the street and the trash bins NO SLEEP And NO SCREEN DOOR Curtains would block the air flow so I had to sleep with the sliding door open and the curtains pulled back right next to the highway with people walking by all night long. Needless to say not a very restful stay.

AC wasn’t working for my whole entire trip, a heads up before letting me know that the ac wasn’t working would’ve been appreciated for my family and I. A second ac was offered and never brought to my room. Front desk workers were rude majority of the time.

Cons; No AC for duration of stay, took 4 nights to get a fan after multiple calls and trips to front desk everyday, roaches in room, hair in shower from previous guests, rooms don’t seem well maintained. Pros: close to beach, awesome valet staff and parking - rate adequate to other Waikiki lots, close to shopping and dining areas, clean linens Wouldn’t stay again unless significant upgrades were made.

Air conditioning is not working during my 2-night stay. It is terrible.. I was told to open the balcony door for cool air. Fan was readilly available. So it would appear this is a known issue. If you want to have a good night sleep without A/C, do not stay here...
