Recently stayed at this property for my anniversary/birthday celebration. Check in was quick. Received my 20% off food and beverage coupon. Very nice clean resort. The pool area was nice also…mostly a lot of young kids in the pool area. Our suite was AMAZING! Absolutely loved the floor to ceiling windows, especially the ones that opened and you could feel the island breeze. House keeping came daily to change our towels. Would have given this resort 5 stars but removed a star because our house keeper found out it was my birthday and called to front desk to see if they would bring up a complimentary champagne. They said they would, but never came which was disappointing. Everything is in walking distance so there is no need for a car. Other than that our stay was nice and would return in the future.

The view of the marina from our room was amazing. We could watch sunset from our room & see rainbows after rain showers. It was clean & only negative was some construction & infinity pool was closed

Very friendly staff. Elevator can be frustrating even with 3 running it's very busy here and there were times we had to wait for multiple ones to finally have room to ride. Thos would be the only meh about this place. 100 sails restaurant inside has an awesome breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk (10 min) to mall that has tons of shopping and eateries. Uber is your best friend if you don't want to drive!!! Taxis are insane price wise. Traffic is no joke out here.

The Prince Waikiki was a great hotel to stay in, point blank. My stay involved me, my husband and almost 2 year old toddler. Due to unexpected circumstances I had to frantically find a new hotel to spend the last half of our stay in Oahu. When I called Prince Waikiki 10 days prior to arrival, they were able to reserve a crib for me. I didn't believe them until we got there and housekeeping brought up the crib for us after we checked in! All staff was lovely to us and spoke to my toddler with joy. Whenever we needed something, the answer was found and the issue dealt with immediately. Our view from our room was the dock and the beautiful ocean, so our toddler enjoyed watching the boats leave and arrive. The hotel was a 6 minute drive from Ala Moana park/beach and 20 minutes from the airport. I couldn't hear my neighbors next door or people walking by the door. We didn't get a chance to eat at their restaurants but from the outside they look delicious. If I ever return to Honolulu, I would absolutely stay here again!

I like the location and the staff. The shower wouldn't drain, and I found a bunch of hair in the tub upon arrival. There was something on the window shade that I thought was mould, but I think it may have been black oil marks. I have stayed here multiple times, and I am definitely going to go back again. I was in Room 2721, and I would consider it more of a park view with a partial ocean view.

The room was absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend staying at Prince Waikīkī if traveling to Oahu/Honolulu. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The area is walkable with many restaurants and shops. The beach is within walking distance. The pool was breathtaking and clean!

Prince Waikiki is as BEAUTIFUL as the pictures on Expedia!!! The staff is Amazing!! Our room had a magnificent ocean view. Activities were right outside the hotel within walking distance. We had fireworks outside our window. There’s a lot to love about our stay.
