When we checked out at 4.00pm we were charged an additional $255. Plus taxes. When I questioned it I was told that it was $75 per hour from the original checkout time. so I was mislead and ripped off. Never again

I can not say enough great things about the Prince Waikiki. Ken helped get us checked in and made the process so easy. Matt took our luggage and took it up to our room for us. We did eat at the on-site restaurant, 100 Sails. The rood was great. Devon and John were amazing the entire time. Our flight was leaving out later in the evening and the hotel kept our luggage for us while we went out for the day. Jessica at the luggage desk was super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel in Waikiki, I would highly recommend staying at the Prince Waikiki.

Great hotel in a really good location, although the marina outside the front entrance could do with some maintenance and a deep clean, but ultimately that’s not the hotel’s responsibility. Nice rooms and the club was a great option
