Valet service was very friendly. Arnel recognized us on the last day of our 1-week stay, even though he only had only seen us one other time when we arrived. All of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen were attentive and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and stocked with what we needed. The breakfast was enjoyable everyday.

The service at this hotel is magnificent. The location is convenient and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are small but they make up for it with closeness to the beach and willingness to go above and beyond for their guests.

The welcoming staff—specially Marshall was very accommodating! My favorite part is when they text before our stay, that made us feel we were expected, everything is prepared and ready. Whenever we needed anything, it was provided right away. The breakfast was great! Not too overwhelming def helpful to start up your day. The rooms were very clean. It helps as well that the beach stuff was provided. Thank you so much, Vive! We will be back!

The room was sufficient for the price. Their rooms are dated, there is no balcony, but some rooms will have a view of the beach. Regardless, the rooms are very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are beach items that are free to use — boogieboards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags — making life so easy if you feel like lounging on the beach which is 2 blocks away.

Very easy check-in. We were greeted warmly upon check in and given a cold glass of refreshing pineapple juice. After a long flight the juice was much appreciated. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to Waikīkī beach and they provide guests with free towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Included breakfast was very nice. Eggs (hardboiled or omelet style for the three days we were there), sausage or bacon, a variety of fresh fruit, toast, pastries, porridge, coffee or tea…it was quite good. Sometimes difficult to find a table but it all works out. Overall the hotel is an excellent choice over the more expensive nearby hotels.

Right off the bat, super nice staff; they are fantastic. The breakfast was solid, fruit is definitely the highlight. They provide you with lots of nice bonuses golded into the amenity fee. Room is clean, but we had an issue with the bathtub draining. We let the staff know, and they fixed it later that day. The rooms do have the potential to be small. Think more "Japanese business hotel" size. It's a good choice and I would recommend, but it's not a perfect place or stay. Overall pretty good with a great location.

The staff was lovely, location was great and it was nice that they had beach equipment for us to take. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The room was smaller than expected and there was no ventilation so the air felt very gross & stale. I would recommend to friends for a short stay.
