In attractive Hornbæk lies this beautiful vacation home with space for the large family. The cottage is inviting and tastefully decorated. When you enter through the main entrance, you will find a large open kitchen connected to the living room and two good bedrooms and a bathroom. From the living room you can access the large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. From the entrance area, a staircase leads to the lower floor, where there is a passage room with two sleeping places. There is also a master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub.

From the cottage you can walk to the beach, where you can take a refreshing swim. Afterwards, return to the beautiful garden, where the children can play wonderfully.

In Hornbæk there are many cafes and restaurants, nice little stores and some galleries. Also visit the bird park, Rudolph Tegner Museum or Esrum Monastery.

Four days in Hornbaek

It’s was mot the best experience for us. The issue was the fact that we were not able to check in to the property timely because Novasol, the company, had very poor communication. I had to chase them down to be able to get access to the property. That was pretty ridiculous. Their communications via email leading up to the trip we’re all Auto emails and you never felt like you were getting the same person. Once on the property, the drain in shower was not working properly and that became problematic for us. There were no sheets or towels and we were coming from United States and had requested that and that was not available either. A nice couple I think that were caretakers of the property came by with some bug or insect poison apparently that needed to be sprayed because of the previous tenants had complained about this. That was just a little awkward for us . The dishwasher was full when we arrived and that wasn’t pleasant and the house was not remarkably clean. We ended up leaving a day early. We submitted a note to Novasol and never heard back from them and we asked for a refund for one night and unfortunately we’ve never heard from them again. The location is nice and certainly the house is fine and when it’s cared for, I’m sure it’s fantastic. From my perspective, this is all about the management of the house. I’m sure others have had better experiences.
