Overall, the stay was great. There was some construction, which we were happy to work around. The men were courteous. Housekeeping was great!!! There was a leak above our commode our second night. The management accommodated us immediately with a better room, and we had no issues at all for the rest of our stay during the rest of the week. Davina and Ashley, they were exceptional, professional, and handled us with care. The breakfast was really great as well.

Service was super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty decent. They were undergoing some renovations, but that could happen any time. This is the 2nd time I've stayed there and I'm a fan!

Straight shot about 3-4 miles to Hot Springs NP. Good, free breakfast (typical of HIEs). Many nearby gas stations, restaurants, shopping, etc.
