Every single person at this hotel is so very friendly! The entire place is spotless! The beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was hot and very good. And all at a reasonable price. I will stay here every time I visit Hot Springs and recommend it to my friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The front desk Check in Girls were very helpful since we had to extend our stay and we got a preferred room!! The place was a short drive to the main road where the bathhouses are! The place was also clean and well maintained. They also had attentive and friendly people working at the morning breakfast downstairs!
